For The First Time Odisha CM Naven Patnaik went to Uneversity as a chief guest, a group of youth congress worker were seen thowing eggs at Naveen Pattnaik's car which missed and the black flags were shown to the CM.The police lathi charge after that accident .The incident occurred near Keshari Talkies in Bhubaneswar.The activists were protesting against Patnaik for not learning Odia language during his 14-year tenure and failing to provide employment to the youth.At least five people have been arrested so far in connection with the attack.
